Rental Rate Options (USD)

We need at least 30 days notice if our guests need to shorten their stay with us. We are very flexible and we take the first night room and tax as a deposit. The first month/week is due 14 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge the guests credit card for any damages outside of normal wear and tear on the unit.

Not to mention the luxurious bathrooms and spacious living area. After a long day at work, nothing says comfort better than a deep couch, cozy fire, or jet-tub soak. You will find all the comforts from home at any of our home away from homes in the St. George area.

These vacation homes offer amenities that are conducive to making your long-term stay easy and enjoyable. Gear up for the day by exercising at our in-house fitness center; meet clients in our beautifully decorated commons area; in your spare time, enjoy the basketball and tennis courts or spend time at our indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We are located only 15 minutes from the airport, 1 hour and 45 minutes to Las Vegas, 7 minutes to downtown St. George, Utah and 30 minutes to Zion National Park
