Minimum stay is one month at $6,000 (exceptions for less than one month available upon request at a daily rate of $300). There is a 10% discount on the monthly rate for a stay of three months or longer. Maximum stay is 6 months per visit but can be renewed upon request.

Small and medium sized pets are allowed but only on a case-by-case basis and requires a non-refundable $500 fee.

Built in 2018, this home is located in the Villages of Majestic Gardens; located in West Frisco, approximately one mile west of Dallas Parkway between Main Street on the North and Cotton Gin on the South. With easy access to walking trails, the Majestic Gardens Playground which includes a Children’s Park and Dog Park are catty corner from the property. The home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 3 and ½ bathrooms, two living areas, a gas log fireplace controlled by a wall switch in the first-floor main living area and a low impact workout set up on the second floor living area, an office, laundry room and mudroom. Home is clean throughout.

Kitchen is equipped with GE appliances including a 5-burner gas stove, built-in oven and microwave. Kitchen includes a Keurig Duo Drip & Pod coffee maker and an Oster toaster oven; full set of dinnerware, utensils and cookware. Bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, complete sets of bed linens with ample closet and storage space. Full bathrooms include towel sets, bathroom accessories and portable hair dryers. Office is furnished with full size desk, task chair, filing cabinet, guest chair and end table. Separate full sized washer and dryer in laundry room, Spectrum Select/Basic cable (with DVR), high speed internet - Wi-Fi, 24/7 monitored Alert 360 security system includes a fire department alert connection, smoke detectors upstairs and down and fire extinguisher, 55" Samsung Smart TV in main living area.

The Frisco area is home to major Dallas/Ft Worth attractions including Toyota Stadium which houses the FC Dallas soccer team and hosts the FCS championship game. Stadium is future home of the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Dr. Pepper Ballpark is home to the minor league baseball team the Frisco Rough Riders. The Comerica Center, formally the Dr. Pepper Arena, besides being a sports and entertainment venue is home to the Dallas Stars hockey team and Texas Legends basketball team of the G League. The Star which sits on 91 acres is where the Dallas Cowboys world headquarters calls home.
