Two of the bedrooms each have a mini 'fridge and "airbnb" type mini-kitchen set up for warming meals or making coffee - ideal when the property is shared by various staff or family members. The property is CHBO Complete, meaning it comes fully furnished and move-in ready—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

The living room is huge, with a traditional shepherd's fireplace, comfortable TV seating and "social" area, as well as a dining area for 6 people. The galley kitchen is open to the living room and offers a highly efficient work space with a Samsung professional gas convection/regular stove, and a Samsung dishwasher, plus a family sized refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cutlery and crockery for up to twenty people, along with top grade pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances.

The laundry/utilities room is spacious, with a large washer and dryer, the hot water heating unit, and an antique closet for storage. Here you will find a comprehensive supply of cleaning materials as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap for each bathroom. A large ironing board and two irons are also available. A back door leads to an outdoor potting area and paved path that leads to the front terrace or t to the parking area.

The entire house has huge, seven-foot high windows all along the 70 feet of its southern exposure. This house was built in 1979 as one of the very first passive solar communities in the US! During the summer, when the sun is high in the sky, the house is located so that the windows and rooms do not get too hot. In the winter, when the sun is low, it shines in through the windows and warms up the brick floors. The thick adobe walls maintain a comfortable temperature through all seasons. In addition, the property boasts full solar on the roof, keeping your electric bills often as low as $2 a month!

Along the entire southern frontage is a wide terrace that overlooks the adjoining Green Belt, where you can walk for miles along country paths. There are two generous seating areas, two gas BBQ grills, and a hot tub for two people. From the terrace, enjoy the breathtaking views of the distant mountains, the extraordinary, star-lit night skies, and sun- and moon rising and setting. Entertain your employees here for informal parties, or enjoy the peaceful space for your own relaxation.

There is a detached garage with space for one car only. The rest may be used for storage - or for a sweet massage in the massage chair!
