The house is all new construction (2014) and is configured for contemporary living with a perfect mix of high-ceiling open plan space and quiet, private bedrooms. High-end finishes and amenities throughout, wonderful indoor-outdoor living spaces, and virtually everything you could possibly need within 2-5 blocks.
Master suite (with en-suite bathroom) feature a king bed, 2nd bedroom (with dedicated bathroom) can be configured to suit your needs with two twins, bunk beds, or a queen bed (nominal set-up charge may apply), bonus room can be used as a home office or storage sapce as needed. Living room has full-size fold-out sofa; travel crib, high chair, Stokke kids' chairs, and stroller available for guests with little ones. Weekly housekeeping included.

Other things to note:
3 Muni lines withing 3 blocks, Streetcar 7 blocks away, BART a short bus ride or an 18 minute walk. Fabulous neighborhood makes it easy to be car-free (every shop you need within 5 blocks), but easy access to 101 and 280 if you do have a car.
Street parking is readily available and unlimited on our block and surrounding blocks (except for periodic street sweeping) - no permits required, and NO 2-hour time limits like so many SF neighborhoods.
