$4200 monthly rate includes internet, water, and streaming services. Gas & electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.

1 month minimum stay with a 30 day written notice to vacate.

$500 deposit with renter-paid $99 per month for ARDI insurance.

There is an additional cleaning fee of $300 cleaning fee required at the end of your stay.

2 Dogs under 50 lbs are allowed and cats are negotiable, however additional cleaning fees may be required, especially with cats.

Weekly or semi-weekly house cleaning service is also available and may be required depending on the number of tenants and other factors.

Credit card payments incur an additional 2.5 - 5% fee. PayPal, Venmo, and ACH payments at renter's expense.

This spacious, modern, two-bedroom (master + guest/loft), four level townhouse is an oasis within city living. Located in a gated enclave in the heart of the SOMA District, you'll be adjacent to the urbanity of San Francisco while enjoying a bright space with peace and quiet.

The main floor is a loft-style living area with living room comforts, a gourmet kitchen, a dining area that seats 4, and a workstation. For your entertainment, you'll have ultra-high-speed wifi internet, surround sound home theatre, access to a massive media library, and a sumptuous velvet sofa and leather Ekornes recliner. The kitchen is fully sticked and beautifully outfitted, and has a brand new premium gas stove and microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, and garbage disposal.

This master bedroom located on the floor below features an Alexander memory foam king bed, 3 closets, vast amounts of dresser and cabinet space, was well as a private balcony. The second bedroom is a semi-private loft area on the top level of the house that offers a full-sized bed as well as a full workspace. All windows have both light-filtering and blackout blinds. The skylights have blackout blinds as well so you don't have to wake up with the sun. An air mattress is also available for additional guests if needed.

The private 1-car garage is large enough for a full-size car. It also has a private washer and band new dryer as well as some additional storage for luggage.

The rental price includes $75 worth of utilities (gas and electric), high-speed wifi and internet. Also included are all linens, towels, blankets, and practically anything else that you'd expect to find in a turnkey property.

With a walk score of 95, it's a short stroll to Powell Street station on Market Street (MUNI and BART), Yerba Buena Park, the SF MOMA, and Union Square. Whole Foods Market (less than a block away )and there are several great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all less than a five-minute walk from the house. Finally, if you are working downtown you'll be able to enjoy the scenic walk to and from your office, one of the primary reasons for living in this neighborhood!

What's more, even with the city steps away, it is tucked away in the back of a gated community, away from the street so it's very quiet and secure considering its proximity to the hustle and bustle. With its multiple skylights and high loft windows it gets glorious sunlight as well providing you with a very uplifting place for you to call home. Even when it's chilly out, just open the blinds and let the sun warm the house up.

Regular professional cleaning services can also be provided for a nominal fee as frequently as you'd like, however regular basic cleanings may be required per the terms of the lease. Also, pets may be allowed, but only under certain conditions and if the tenant accepts cleaning responsibilities. (If you are thinking of bringing a pet or pets, please included that in your request.)

* Gas and Electric allowance is $75 per month which covers normal utility usage. The tenant is responsible for any overages.
