Looking for one of the best-located housing rentals in Huntington Beach? We have you covered. This condo is located on Main Street w/ shops and restaurants, one mile to the beach, 1.4 miles to HB’s Dog Beach (yes, we are pet friendly), & one mile to the famous Huntington Beach Pier.

This condo leaves no space untouched with its character and thoughtfulness. In the large living room, entertainment and relaxation are catered to with a comfortable couch to relax on. The 65" 4K TV is just one of the dominant features, which provides access to some streaming devices, some basic cable, Xbox Series X, and PS5. In the cabinet, you will find a couple of family friendly board games to play as well. The couch is also a comfortable king sofa sleeper.

The kitchen space has everything you’ll need to prepare a family dinner or have a morning cup of coffee (supplies provided – Keurig, Nespresso, Pour over). Enjoy the large dining table to host your family or friends for a full dinner experience.

You’ll be greeted with a hallway of 2 bedrooms with a laundry space (starter supplies provided) and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the tempur-pedic king beds and large 4K Smart TVs. We also provide a pack-n-play crib for the infants!

Near the back of the condo, you'll have a full desk with an iPad and printer and large beautiful barn doors for some office quiet time.

Out back in the large backyard, there is a grill and outdoor seating area comfortable for relaxing. You’ll love this private space!

You can park in the garage, in front of the garage, and there is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the condo too. You may also rent our e-bikes during your stay. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys (child-friendly!), a wagon, a cooler, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember! We also offer an EV charger that is free to charge your electric vehicle from 9 pm to 4 pm (if you have a Tesla you'll need an adapter)

Walk out the back door and you'll see the beautiful green oasis park with a playground, sitting area, and path to walk. Also, 0.4 miles away is a Chronic Tacos, Coffee Shop, Liquor Store, and more. All the entertainment and beach access is so close by, you will love this location!

*Quiet time is at 10 pm (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? The pet fee is $200/ month per pet. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets) — over 25lbs requires a $200 pet deposit
*No smoking or parties!
*Pack ‘n Play (Crib) available in the closet, if needed
*Wifi speeds up to 1GB! (FAST)
*Landscaper comes every Wednesday through the backyard side gate

Electric Bikes:
*Must sign a contract prior to usage (Plan to provide email upon booking)
*Must provide a $200 deposit (refunded at checkout upon bike inspection)
*$40/day per bike

Cameras/Devices:
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector – I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras – inside the garage, front, back, and sides of the duplex. In place for security and liability reasons. Motion detected and recorded
